The New Toyota Venza

In one of the most recent posts from the OC Register's automotive blog, Michael Betts makes a good observation about ergonomics. While most drivers don't pay too much attention to the location of buttons positioned throughout the interior, the engineers that designed the car have. Essentially, if a car does have good ergonomics, it makes sense that the driver wouldn't have any reason to think of where buttons are placed.

While this blog post points out the ergonomics of the Ford Flex, perhaps an even better example of incredibly well executed interior ergonomics can be found in the all-new Toyota Venza. With its sleek, slopping center console, and large buttons and switches, Westminster Toyota dealer says that the Venza's interior may simply be the best of any Toyota model.

When designing the Venza, Toyota engineers made the interior in such a way that the made everything easy to operate, while also providing a unique level of sophistication that few of its competitors could mimic. The end result was an interior that was more Lexus than Toyota.
